QA TESTER - CORE TECHNOLOGY GROUP

What We Need: 

2K is looking for a QA Tester to assist the Core Tech Team in testing / developing software implemented in multiple games on multiple platforms. 

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Testing of software / middleware integrations into existing games, across all supported platforms:
  • PlayStation 4
  • Windows
  • MacOS
  • Linux
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Windows Phone
• Testing of Administration, Telemetry, and Data Management Tools for Core Tech projects
• Regular testing for Core Tech API releases and updates
• Follow and optimize existing testing documentation
• Write concise, targeted test plans for other testers or teams thereof

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years and above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a highly technical context
• 2+ years of game industry QA experience either in-studio or in a Compliance / Certification context
• Experience with TRC's or XR's for console games or storefronts
• Familiarity with Steam / Xbox Live / PlayStation Network storefronts
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and schedule demands in a fluid environment
• Ability to work as part of a tightly integrated technical team
• Flexibility in working hours, and available for Overtime as needed
• Atlassian Jira / Confluence
• Seapine TestTrack Pro
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms
