Creative director
Description
We
are looking for a full time Creative Director. The right person will
be a talented and experienced artist— who doesn't want to be a small cog
in a large machine. The artist we are looking for will be major player
in Neko’s creative direction and will grow with our company. We are
looking for someone who wants creative freedom, has a strong vision and wants to head a department.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide daily feedback on various on-going animation projects for visual language, design, and overall visual development.
- Work closely with our production team, and assign tasks to our team of artists.
- Hear client's notes and needs, and communicate them to our team of artists.
- Supervise and oversee development of our in-house intellectual properties and be part of our pitching group.
- Create occasional demos or explanation videos for the team which guide them on what to do, or what to avoid.
- Make sure the team is using the right tools for their tasks, and that they are following instructions.
- Manage and lead weekly creative updates with the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the animation industry
Illustration, concept design and story board experience
Ability to guide teams
of artists
