Senior Environment Artist

Description

QUANTIC DREAM is seeking an awesome Senior Environment Artist to be responsible for creating high end environment sets, taking responsibility for visual quality benchmarks and provide a stunning vision on the game’s environments.

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the established quality and artistic consistency as defined by the Art Director/Art Lead. You must be flexible, highly motivated and detail conscious.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• 5+ years as an Environment Artist. Must have shipped at least one AAA title.
• Strong technical proficiency in understanding proprietary tools and technology.
• Proven excellent artistic & technical skills. Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually.
• Excellent knowledge of Maya/Z-brush software/Quixel Suite.
• Strong knowledge in Substance Designer & PBR assets creation.
• Strong understanding of lighting technics and pipeline. Able to hit established technical & quality benchmarks without day-to day supervision.
• Able to maintain a balance between visual quality and performance requirements for AAA real-time games
• Work with the Art Director & Team members to create and keep artistic style & mood consistency with defined visual style for the game
• Ability to source & highlight examples of inspirational work that pushes technical and aesthetic quality.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and a desire to bring new ideas to the team.
• Up to date portfolio/website demonstrating your art skills, design sensibilities, and attention to detail desirable.
