Senior 3D Artist
Description
Ten Gun is seeking a contract Senior 3D Artist to join our team
in Edmonds Washington. You would work on
pre-production and production for a variety of exciting jobs with
industry-leading clients, including venturing into AR/VR and mixed reality
applications. We are searching for an expert in Maya (Arnold lighting and
rendering). You must be a creative problem solver with additional experience in
modeling, texturing and UVing.
You will be responsible for creating 3D stills from
start to finish. You must have outstanding teamwork skills and flexibility
adapting to different workflows and project requirements.
Roles
& Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with team members to produce a wide variety of projects, including product
visualization, interactive VR experiences, and creative marketing work.
Each day is a new challenge.
- Work
closely with Art Director to meet project goals.
- Take projects
from concept to delivery.
- Help
determine the best tools and techniques for hitting specific visual
targets.
- Bring
a positive, helpful attitude, with a passion for artistic innovation and
the highest quality.
Skills &
Qualifications:
- 4+ year’s
experience in marketing, entertainment, or games industry.
- A
Bachelor's degree in 3D Art preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert
knowledge of Maya and Photoshop. Arnold rendering experience preferred.
- Knowledge
of After Effects (or similar compositing package), Substance Painter.
- Experience
with advanced render layer and compositing techniques.
- Excellent
understanding of composition, color, and storytelling.
- Bonus:
Mel/Python/C# Scripting, Unity, Zbrush, RealFlow.

a project.
