Description
Responsabilités:
- Créer du contenu animé et d'imagerie 3D pour des annonces télévisés et des projets digitaux
- Produire de l'imagerie 3D photo-réaliste et sans défauts
- Diriger des concepts 3D créatifs avec le reste de l'équipe à travers bonne communication, planification, concepts/sketches,etc.
- Compléter tu travail de qualité supérieure, à temps et à la spécification
- Analyzer et estimer des projets VFX complexes
- Assister à des shoots et superviser les requis VFX on-set
- Assister au réunions client à partir de concepts et arguments initiaux, à travers et jusqu'à complétion d'un projet
- Nourrir le talent junior au sein du département 3D incluant d'aider auprès des problèmes techniques et créatifs, en plus de fournir les connaissances appropriés au besoin
Compétences et Expérience:
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en production 3D VFX haut-de-gamme
- Travail d'équipe, excellente aptitude de communication au sein d'une équipe VFX incluant Producteurs, Directeurs et clients
- Connaissances avancées de modelage 3D, rendering, animation, texturation, lighting, ombrages, effets et rigging
- Niveau d'expertise avancé sur les logiciels Maya et/ou Houdini
- Familier avec les problématiques de pipeline et un environnement de post-production typique
- Expertise dans les principes de compositing généraux (Nuke)
- Forte sensibilité esthétique, bonne utilisation de couleurs, typographie propre, etc
- Un don pour l'exploration visuelle de concepts abstraits
- Très créatif et orienté sur le design
- Autonome et bonne résolution de problèmes
- Expérience additionnelle en broadcast et longs métrages est un plus

- Breaking-down and quoting on complex VFX projects
- Attending shoots and supervising VFX requirements on-set
- Attending client meetings from initial pitches and concepts, through to project completion
- Nurturing junior talent within the 3D department including helping with technical and creative problems and passing on knowledge when necessary
Skills & Experienced:
- At least 5 years' experience in the production of high-end 3D VFX
- Good teamwork and excellent communication skills, within the VFX team and with Producers, Director and clients
- Knowledge of advanced 3D modelling, rendering, animation, texturing, lighting, shading, effects and rigging
- Expert level Maya and/or Houdini
- Advanced rendering skills with a clean, modern aesthetics (Arnold/Mental Ray)
- Familiarity with pipeline issues and a typical post production environment
- Expertise in general compositing principles (Nuke)
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, good use of colour, clean typography etc
- A knack for visual exploration of abstract concepts
- Very creative and design oriented
- Self-motivated problem solver
- Additional experience in broadcast or feature films production is benefit
