We are a rapidly growing company on the leading edge of immersive technology requiring a solutions oriented team member to help us grow in this rapidly changing environment.  Responsible for design and configuration of network, servers, storage and pipeline.  Providing troubleshooting and support for creative teams and actively work to keep up with the latest advances.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and support pipelines and associated software tools, both department wide/general purpose and show-specific
  • Configure, manage, and maintain servers
  • Actively identify improvement areas in the company pipeline and recommend solutions
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to end users, implementing bug fixes or suggesting work arounds
  • Work with multiple artists to provide support when required
  • Develop and innovate best practices for data management and digital archival processes 
  • Manage/maintain large file sharing and data transfers
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Manage security guidelines and ensure all content is up to par to clients security and confidential material
  • Manage hardware and software purchases, licenses/installations, and maintenance
  • Provide day to day technology support and general systems management
  • Performs other related duties as assigned 


Important Requirements:

  • Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft
  • Familiarity with C#, C, C++, Python, and/or Unity3D & Unreal Engines a major plus 
  • 3 to 5 years system administration or relevant experience
  • Complete knowledge of up-to-date Production/Post technology, practices, and trends
