Senior Producer

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Monolith Productions seeks a Senior Producer to be responsible for overseeing our Social and Connected Game Experience. This Key team member will help create and champion the vision of the Connected Experience and ensure it aligns with the project’s leadership goals. The Senior Producer will be accountable for the quality and results that are achieved for assigned features.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help create and champion the vision of the Connected Experience and Online Features of the game.
  • Drive evolution and improvement of the Product and Features through analytics.
  • Align Feature Set with project Leadership Goals.
  • Ensure the highest quality by integrating with QA for feature test and validation.
  • Ensure all Game and Milestone Goals are established, agreed upon, and achieved.
  • Help identify and facilitate process, pipelines, and dependencies required between multiple team disciplines.
  • Drive planning and execution of live events with Game Team and Publishing.
  • Update and maintain documentation for features, live processes and toolsets between multiple teams.
  • Manage the Schedule and Milestone deliverables.
  • Provide clear context to the Team and Upper Management for how the Feature Set fits into the larger game and market place, and how it serves and delights our fans.
  • Maintain regular communication between team members, management and Design / Art Direction.
  • Cultivate relationship and communication with external shared support teams.
  • Provide strong leadership to the team by giving clear guidance, instructions and tasks.
  • Manage and Mentor junior members of the production staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3-6 years experience working as a Producer in the on an internal development team within the videogame industry.
  • Shipped at least 1 title with an online focus.
  • Successful track record in actually shipping games that make it to market.
  • Passport eligibility preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • We are looking for people who play games and understand why they love playing them.
  • Good communications skills, a friendly and open nature, and an active and curious mind.
  • Ability to evaluate designs and content for visual impact, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics, e.g. technical, business and creative.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who prefers working in a fast-paced environment.
