is a highly collaborative in-house architectural visualization team that
focuses on storytelling through visual media for the purpose of communicating
ideas, concepts and designs while working on a wide array of project types
during all architectural phases. Whether we use computer renderings, animation,
VR/AR, video or interactive tools, we constantly search for the right platform

The Opportunity
Little’s
Digital Media Group (Skyscraper3d http://www.littleonline.com/work/service/digital-media) is seeking a creative 3D
Specialist in any one of our 5 US
locations. 3D Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be:
optimizing existing Revit models from the design team
building Revit models from scratch
enhancing Revit models by building detailed furniture and
entourage
lighting, texturing and rendering in Vray for 3DS Max
Ideal candidates will have the following
qualifications:
- Expert
in Revit modeling (at least 2 years of Revit modeling experience is
required);
- Expert
in rendering with Vray in 3DS max;
Knowledge
or proficiency in any of the following software are strong pluses:
Sketchup, Rhino, Photoshop, After Effects, Unity, Unreal, Lumion;
- Architectural
Degree, or informed knowledge and passion for the field of architecture
and design is considered a plus;
- Ability
to understand & interpret architectural drawings is necessary;
- Ideal
candidate will be creative, artistic, pro-active, efficient,
team-oriented, adaptable, flexible, supportive, calm under pressure, able
to solve problems and have a critical eye for detail.
- This
person must have strong communication skills and will be able to take
artistic and technical direction with a positive attitude;
