CGI Site Manager

Description

Position Summary 
The purpose of this role is to manage the Thr3d team as a profitable, cohesive, and efficient business; utilizing shared best practices and standardized work processes.  This position may also be a shared responsibility as an Executive Producer, with day-to-day oversight for managing project briefs and client requirements. 

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results 
- In partnership with SGS core production operations, manage the transformation from legacy 3d/cgi processes to a standardized one way of working Thr3d process 
- Maintain capacity and delivery during the transformation and consolidation process, to ensure no loss or degradation of service levels 
 - Manage work load capacity and daily schedule of deliveries 
 - Monitor and load-balance local work within your domain facility and other global Thr3d locations 
- Implement standardized work processes and technology to deliver uniform project briefings, file management, wireframe creation, modeling, rendering, and database storage 
- Implement automation processes for in concert with the Thr3d development team 
- Implement a product wireframe creation model using scanning technology and common best practices 
 - Implement a global wireframe database using the sgsco Censhare eHub solution, working in concert with Corporate IT 
- Harmonize and improve existing 3d/cgi staffing resource capabilities 
- Actively recruit and infuse new talent as needed to support growth 
 - Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values best practice adoption and a commitment to the highest quality standards  
 - Maintain and report business performance metrics to the VP Thr3d Operations 
 - Liaise with Corporate IT and Kwikee to align business objectives 
 - Create a Thr3d operating business plan annually 

Competency Requirements
• 7+ years experience in a similar capacity within a 3D or CGI environment
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to multi-task, troubleshoot and prioritize
• Able to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities
• Able to adapt quickly to ever-evolving tech and workflow adaptations
• Able to communicate succinctly and professionally with staff and clients
