About Lytro Immerge:
Lytro Immerge is the world’s first professional Light Field solution for Virtual Reality. 
From our novel multi-camera rig/array capture system to our rendering, post production tools, and playback environment, Lytro Immerge provides content creators the ability to achieve lifelike presence through capturing the world in six degrees of freedom (6DoF). The system captures live action video for virtual reality with true stereo, parallax and realistic lighting offering  viewers more freedom of movement, superior  image quality, and ultimately a much more immersive experience.

About The Opportunity:
The Immerge post-production team is expanding and looking for a Senior level Coordinator. In this role, you will be focused on the coordination of ground breaking VR content integrating game engine and traditional VFX. Working closely with the VFX Supervisor, Head of Production, artists and engineers, you will use your organizational and communication skills to maintain production 

Main Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with VFX Producer and Supervisors to schedule, track and manage the workflow in order to meet deadlines
    • Organize Dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary
    • Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and key information before departing for the day
    • Communicate any client sessions or meeting changes to the appropriate team member
    • Communicating information quickly and concisely to crew and other departments
    • Maintain accurate summaries of progress from previous day’s work by artists
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing files from clients and ensure they are distributed to their corresponding departments
    • Anticipate and communicate issues to Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems promptly
    • Manage edits along with editorial department
    • Take responsibility for knowing details of schedule and advising production crew members accordingly
    • Manage resources and communicate clearly within each department
    • We look for proactive and personable team players that can juggle multiple deadlines / projects

Required Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years experience as a VFX Production Coordinator
    • Software knowledge of Shotgun, MS Excel, Word
    • Conversant with visual effects terminologies and processes
    • Highly organized, exceptional time/project management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and juggle multiple projects
    • In depth understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflow
    • In depth understanding of common file formats and resolutions

Bonus Points

    • Knowledge of Linux and / or Cinesync is a plus
    • Familiar with renderfarm rendering management software deadline, qube or conductor
    • Familiar with gaming production workflows
