Human Resources Manager

Cinesite's Vancouver studio is currently looking for a creative, passionate and driven Human Resources professional. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead all facets of Human Resources for this exciting, fast-paced and collaborative organization.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

• Oversight of employee relations.
• Supporting the management team on leadership and employee development.
• Developing and facilitating training for management and employees.
• Facilitating the employer immigration process for international hires.
• Administration of employee programs and benefits.

This is a terrific opportunity that offers challenge in all areas of human resources ranging from strategic to tactical.

Five to seven years experience in an HR generalist or management role is required supported by a degree or diploma in human resources management.

Direct experience in a wide range of human resources areas such as employee relations, employee engagement strategy, policy development and administration, training and development, recruitment, benefits, and change management is required.

The successful candidate is a self-starter and one who has the passion and drive to lead all areas of human resources, has excellent communication skills, and superior business acumen.
