About Arraiy

Arraiy is building a platform for audio-visual storytelling. We are using machine learning and computer vision to enhance ease and expressive power of artists, directors and other content creators in all areas of visual content: movies, games, augmented and virtual reality, sports and concerts. Arraiy is in its seed stage, working with customers and partners including major production studios, Grammy award winning artists, and others to make our platform usable and effective.

Opportunity

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our small but growing team, to help us create an awesome environment to work in, and help the entire Arraiy team be more effective. This is an important, high-impact role where you'll be working directly with the production team.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about technology and media (specifically content creation), and interested in a hands-on, start-up experience. You will be in a unique position to see and influence how a business defines itself during its Series A phase and have an opportunity to work with some of the brightest and most passionate people in computer vision, machine learning and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide various administrative support for ongoing projects
  • Work with the Technical and Creative Leads to keep productions on schedule and on budget
  • Coordinate communication between administration, technical staff and creative staff
  • Coordinate communication and transfer of data and information to and from vendors and clients
  • Coordinate production logistics including assets, personnel, travel, call times and schedules

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 Years experience as a Production Coordinator
  • Experience with large-scale motion picture productions and with on-set workflow and protocol
  • Experience and understanding of computer graphics and visual effects workflow
  • Strong communication skills -- articulate, courteous, and friendly
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical understanding of camera systems is a plus.
