Opportunity
Arraiy’s Visual Effects/Camera internship is a 12-14 week paid internship. You will be working with our Visual Effects Team as well as our Camera Team to capture images to be used as training data for our algorithms. This will entail collecting and organizing objects and executing the photography of objects under carefully controlled lighting conditions. You will gain expertise with high-end camera rigs as well as cutting-edge visual effects techniques. You will also be working with world-class visual effects talent as well as world-class experts in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize large numbers of unique objects for analysis.
- Operate proprietary camera rig for capture of high-quality VFX imagery.
- Download, document and archive images for processing.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in BS, Masters, PhD degree in Cinema Studies, Visual Effects, Digital Media or, similar field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of camera systems and practical photography and/or cinematography.
- Some knowledge of Visual Effects techniques is extremely helpful
