Professor of Cinema Studies

In this role, you will instruct students in every aspect of cinema, from early technological breakthroughs and social transformations during the past century to the revolution of cinematic experiences today, from movies and television to virtual reality. You will be expected to motivate students from diverse backgrounds to think creatively and critically, while guiding them to professional careers.

The ideal candidate should have a significant publication record and demonstrated professional experience. University-level teaching experience is preferred.

Requirements:
- Terminal degree, or its equivalent, in cinema studies or a related field.
- Portfolio including published articles in film and television magazines, newspapers and/or online.
- Ability to teach select courses in other disciplines such as production design, art history or film is preferred, but not required.
