Description

SCAD seeks a dedicated staff recruiter to identify and recruit top talent and industry leaders in art and design from around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for successful staff recruitment and selection for designated university departments at SCAD Atlanta. You’ll market SCAD as a potential employer, identify and implement search and database tools, and utilize various active search techniques — including social media and professional group networking, cold calling and direct recruiting — to develop a candidate pool. In addition, you’ll conduct initial qualification interviews, collaborate with human resources staff on specific search projects, and research cost-effective venues for advertising staff and leadership positions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to three years’ experience in human resources and higher education
