Cinesite Vancouver Inc is looking for experienced Animators
to join us on our creepy, kooky animated theatrical feature film, The Addams
Family!
Responsibilities:
?
Work from storyboard/animatic to create feature level,
key-framed animation.
?
Demonstrate a strong sense of performance, posing,
timing, weight, and lip sync while maintaining shot-to-shot continuity.
?
Ensure animation adheres to the style and vision set
out by the Animation Director and Directors.
?
Attend animation dailies and adjust/refine animation as
indicated by the Animation Director and Directors.
?
Deliver quality work in a timely manner while meeting
the assigned quota.
Skills and
Requirements:
?
Minimum of 3+ years professional animation experience
working with Maya.
?
Experience creating expressive hand and facial
animation in a production environment.
?
Ability to interpret a storyboard.
?
Solid understanding of traditional animation
principles.
?
Able to communicate creative and technical thoughts and
ideas.
?
Enthusiasm and desire to improve your character
animation skills.
?
Task driven, self –motivated and proactive work ethic.
?
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technically
?
Experience with rigging a plus!
?
BC residents preferred, but not required.
