Part-Time Professor of Sequential Art

Description

SCAD seeks a part-time Professor of Sequential Art for SCAD eLearning.

The ideal candidate has publication credits and five or more years of recognized industry experience; industry experience in concept art is preferred. The candidate should be proficient in digital coloring and production standards as well as demonstrate mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Mac-based operating systems. Candidates with experience in college-level teaching and storyboarding techniques are preferred.

The candidate should have proven leadership skills and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds. A broadband internet connection is essential for this remote position, as is ownership of a professional-grade workstation capable of videoconferencing and running the aforementioned suites of content creation software.
