Technical Support - Quality Assurance
SouthPeak Games is searching for an enthusiastic gamer who acts professionally and performs well in a fast pace environment. The Quality Assurance role provides technical support for all SouthPeak products for both internal departments and external end user support.
Working within the Product Development team the primary responsibility will be assisting Producers with version control, burning, archiving and fulfilling sample requests. Writing game evaluations, testing for bugs and formalizing work flows will also be required. Other responsibilities include telephone and e-mail support, answering queries from customers, troubleshooting issues and reports on findings.
