High Moon Studios
is looking for a Senior FX Artist to design cutting edge content to join us in
making a breakout hit based on an established console franchise. The artist
should have a thorough knowledge of the creation of realistic visual effects within a game
environment.
Responsibilities:
• Create high quality in-game particle systems, including simulation driven
effects
• Build efficient particle systems that work within technical constraints
• Work with the
Art Director to align the look of the effects with the game world
• Work with Level
Artists, Programmers and Game Designers to implement and troubleshoot FX
• Be a proactive problem solver with solid grasp of artistic and design
principles
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
