MOBILE GRAPHICS SOFTWARE ARCHITECT #1595673 NVIDIA is looking for someone who has made their career out of shipping graphics products. You've worked on graphics algorithms, OpenGL, OpenGL ES or DirectX drivers, have deep experience with the architecture of a GPU and probably have helped improve and design one. You might have published articles, or authored a book, or have patents filed, related to computer graphics. You are able to clearly communicate across different teams inside and outside your company. You're intimately familiar with whole system software optimization problems to get the best performance and power, and consider those a fun challenge. Your curiosity drives you to find new and innovative solutions to very hard graphics and related problems, and you love learning and delving into new areas. This is what we can offer you working on the mobile Tegra graphics team, where we work on providing the best graphics experience in small power envelope devices. This necessitates a whole system approach, balancing new features and performance with power in a constrained thermal envelope. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent level of technical knowledge and understanding of the graphics pipeline - Broad knowledge of system software, kernel architecture, and hardware interfaces - 3D graphics knowledge, preferably OpenGL, OpenGL ES or DirectX - Experience implementing a graphics driver and/or a GPU - Excellent C/C++ programming skills - Excellent communication skills written and oral EOE
