Pipeline TD

Description

The Visual Effects Department is a unit within Sky Creative that produces visual effects for broadcast design, branding and promotions for all Sky channels. We are now looking for a Pipeline Td to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

- To plan, implement and maintain an archive infrastructure for a diverse range of 2D and 3D software, including Flame, Smoke, eQ, Fusion, XSI, Maya, Max
- To plan implement and maintain a multi platform, multi OS, multi software renderfarm of approx 500 cpus
- To implement the timely and accurate exchange of data between the various packages mentioned above.
- Undertake any additional scripting and programming required to enable the efficient delivery of vfx across the department
- General VFX IT trouble shooting
