Description

The senior producer will have a double role: trainer and producer.

As a trainer, plan training session for a small team of project managers and mentor them through real life projects. Identify best Project Management practices and encourage the use of SCRUM Project Management methodologies.

As a producer, oversee the production of various titles.
•Oversee production of various titles
•Mentor a small team of project managers
•Identify best project management practices
•Encourage communication between all departments
•Identify problems before they occur and proactively suggest solutions
•Organize and stimulate the creative process
•Interact with internal/external contacts at appropriate levels
•Create and maintain development schedules
•Manage assets and information between teams and team members
•Prepare presentation material and demos
