Producer

Description

Rumors are flying and though we can't say anything, the bottom line is there is something amazing being built here at Blue Castle behind locked doors. As a result, we are looking for an experienced video game Producer to fill out our Action team.

The Producer is a client-facing role accountable for our games feature set and quality; and our relationship with an external publisher. You know how to determine what the market wants, how to create a product plan to deliver that, how to lead a development team to meet quality and schedule requirements, and how to work with a publisher to meet product requirements and ensure marketing and PR efforts support the product's overall strategy and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Help further define the games product strategy and roadmap
-Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
-Be an expert with respect to the gaming marketplace and competition
-Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
-Perform product demos for the client publisher, internal executive staff and development team
-Present to the press and go on press tours
-Act as a leader within the company
