Community Manager

Community Manager

Responsibilities:
• Creates and implements a community strategy to insure strong user support.
• Writes copy and directs forum discussions
• Creates and directs a community budget including the selection of software and hardware used by the community effort.
• Identifies, approves and manages official fan websites.
• Creates and implements community events and communicates plans with the team and fans.
• Collects, prioritizes and communicates user comments to the development team.
• Ability to write specifications for website, review bids for work to be done, writes and tracks schedules of web team whether external or internal.
• Insures legal compliance to all partner Privacy Policies and legal contracts associated with the community site or marketing programs for authorized user sites.
• Manage other community managers/specialists when needed.
• Works closely with Marketing and PR to drive community both for the products and the developer brand websites.
