Description

In close collaboration, with the teams of production of our games (Games Designers, Graphic designers, developers etc) and the different Administrative departments of our studio you will in charge for following missions:

• Guarantee the rentability of plan and contentment of the consumer by declining the total objectives of plan by job.
• Motivate teams and dirriger in an orientated vision objectives
• Work out the plannings of realization of plans in keeping with leads and direction
• Manage the monitoring of production (delays and Expenses)
• Supervise the different stages of production year adopting a style of management allowing you to assure the cohesion of your teams (organize different jobs and delegate tasks to your leads, define the process of production, fix objectives, assess and promote the performance, recruit)
• Manage relations with the internal partners (editorial, marketing, location, tests, juridical) and external (outside contractors)
