WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Be an integral part of the marketing team leading the design direction for all marketing materials including landing pages, emails, newsletters, banner ads, site takeovers and print collateral.
* Build a creative services team within marketing to deliver high quality designs across many campaigns and mediums in a fast paced work environment
* Must be able and willing to do superlative hands-on work, setting the bar for the rest of the team
* Communicate with the design team, product art teams, and marketing team to plan and create mock ups and visual prototypes that are both attractive and support technical and functional requirements.
* Supervise, mentor, and inspire teams of designers, both in-house and occasionally external to the company.
* Lead formal and informal review sessions and provide effective team feedback
* Collaborate with the social game industry’s top game concept artists and illustrators, creating marketing art within various genres across a wide variety of mediums.
* Ideal candidates will have experience in both web and print design, especially in entertainment (games, movies, etc.).
