ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

We are looking for an entry-level associate producer to join our production team. We’re making narrative adventure games that focus on normal, everyday people caught in the middle of emotionally challenging stories. We’re seeking talented and passionate people to join us in our Westminster, Colorado studio and help us make some amazing games.

What You Would Do:

• Embed with multiple departments as their dedicated AP
• Critically analyze pipelines, processes and scope for your department
  
• Schedule your team's monthly workload with an eye up and down the pipeline
• Communicate challenges and concerns to dept lead, game director and producer
• Run daily standups and interact constantly with your team
  
• Weigh in on creative decisions throughout all stages of development
• Evangelize for the people on your team and help them individually with any issues they have

• Game industry or project management experience a plus
• 3D Art or Animation knowledge a plus

About the Company
