Description
We are
currently looking for an experienced ENVIRONMENT ARTIST to help create the
world of our next narrative adventure game. This is a full-time position

Responsibilities:
- Create models and textures for
scene assets and assemble scenes for both architectural and organic
environments.
- Troubleshoot assets and scenes
while maintaining them within the desired look and function.
- Guide and mentor Jr. Artists on
occasions.
Requirements & Skills
• Provide a link to a portfolio of your work in the
application. You may be asked to complete an art test.
- 3+ years of experience in games
modeling and texturing environments.
- An exceptional understanding of
form, structure, and silhouette regarding modeling both organic and hard
surface assets.
- A strong artistic ability to
visualize three-dimensional space and the nuance of its detail to compose
visual narrative.
- A very strong polygonal
modeling skillset with the ability to generate clean and efficient models
at a professional pace.
- A strong understanding of the
texture creation process for physically based rendering pipelines.
- Self-motivated with good time
management skills and a strong ability to break down concepts, reference
and prioritize the creation of their assets to meet deadlines.
- The technical ability to
troubleshoot rendering issues such as lightmap errors.
- Team oriented communication
skills, the ability articulate ideas and questions with team and other
departments.
- Must be able to work during our
core hours of 10 am – 4 pm USA Mountain Time for collaboration.
- Must already be authorized to
work in the US. We are not able to sponsor visas.
- Must be able to communicate
fluently in verbal and written English.
Bonus
- Illustration skills such as
logo creation, using color and text.
Proficiency in
the Following Software:
· 3D Studio Max,
Maya, or Blender
· ZBrush
· Adobe Photoshop
· Substance Suite
· Unreal Engine

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 DOE

estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal
Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based
on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the
successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the
same compensation. **
