Position Summary

DK Global is seeking a results-driven, people-focused Production Manager (UPM)
to lead creative projects from inception to delivery. This role requires a
proactive leader who thrives on challenges, has a passion for storytelling, and
is motivated by helping others succeed. The Production Manager oversees the
full production pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget,
and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage all aspects of
    project workflows from implementation to completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day and
    week-to-week production schedules, ensuring efficiency and alignment with
    company goals.
  • Monitor project budgets,
    timelines, and deliverables with a strong understanding of financial
    implications.
  • Ensure clarity of goals,
    deadlines, and milestones across teams.
  • Implement creative
    problem-solving strategies and course corrections as necessary.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental
    communication to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Track production metrics,
    timelines, and key performance indicators to ensure progress.
  • Serve as the internal point
    person for all project-related activities.
  • Mentor, manage, and support
    production management staff, providing feedback and direction.
  • Support team recruitment,
    development, and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with
    creative teams and project managers to review updates and approvals.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks
    for team members and clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and
    productive environment that encourages innovation and accountability.









 



What You Bring



  • 7–10 years of relevant production
    or project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media
    Production, or a related field preferred.
  • Background in project management;
    PMI certification a plus.
  • Strong budgeting and financial
    acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong
    organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team
    building, performance management, and mentoring.
  • Ability to work under pressure,
    adapt quickly, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Deep understanding of the
    creative process and a passion for storytelling.
