Multimedia Software Engineer

Quatrefoil Associates has available an exciting opportunity for a
Multimedia Software Engineer to create interactive experiences,
multi-touch computer applications and multimedia environments for
museums and other interpretive centers.

Required Experience

• Microsoft .NET development – WPF or UWP, C#, and APIs to integrate
  networked, online or database content into the user experience
• Extensive experience with multi-touch platforms
• Proficient in Visual Studio, Microsoft Blend
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of A/V standards and formats
• Proficient in use of version control software
• Proficient in creating technical documentation

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

• Web programming languages including HTML 5, JavaScript
• Unity or other gaming engines
• Creative programming languages such as Processing
• Other interactive media platforms commonly used in museums such as Ideum GestureWorks, BrightAuthor, Eyefactive, Touchbase UPDD
• Experience with non-touchscreen/electromechanical interfaces
• Show control
• Accessibility standards including ADA, WCAG
• Design/animation skills
