Three game industry veterans who shared a common vision to create small fun games founded Pronto Games, Inc. in December 2000. The process of starting a business was challenging, yet rewarding. We have been successful over our first 3 years and continue to grow stronger in 2004.
Pronto Games, Inc. is a talented group of dedicated game developers united in a core belief that video games should be Small, Fast, and Fun (SmaFF). This philosophy dictates that game-play should be simple, yet instantly engaging. Regardless of platform or size, the game should showcase the game-play first then high quality visuals, audio and story. Small, in this case does not mean to understate the final project, just our approach to using resources and schedule to minimize the size of teams and keep projects from ballooning out of control. It also refers to the maxim that all games must have an easy to understand mechanic at the core, something that mass market players can easily grasp almost instantly and yet remains challenging for core gamers.
