Villa Maria College of Buffalo - Buffalo, New York - United States

About Villa Maria College of Buffalo

At Villa Maria College, we’re not your typical college. As a private, Catholic, co-educational college, we have many of the same amenities as other schools – like state-of-the-art technology in the classroom. But with an average student to faculty ratio of 12:1, we’re smaller and offer more personal attention.

We’re also more focused. While we have a variety of academic programs to choose from, our real strength lies in our arts and music programming. Not only do we have actual artists, animators, musicians, and writers teaching here, but we also place a heavy emphasis on giving our students real world experience.

That means when you choose Villa, you won’t spend all your time in the classroom. You’ll be out in the field, applying what you learned in experiences like internships and volunteer opportunities.

Our Mission

At Villa Maria College, our mission is to offer academic programs that transform and empower students to realize their intellectual, creative, professional, and spiritual potential. Our approach to learning is inspired by a welcoming Catholic tradition and a dynamic Franciscan spirit. We also place a heavy emphasis on individual attention and fostering compassion, justice, peace, respect for human dignity and a commitment to service.
