Senior
3D Animator
The Senior 3D Animator is responsible for developing spectacular
creative animations for our clients and internal audiences. Must be able to thrive
in a fast paced creative advertising-agency environment and collaborate with a
mix of diverse team members. Involvement is critical in all phases of the animation
design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, as
well as digital production. Works created span a variety of mediums and types
including web videos, animated shorts, trailers, product demos, and digital
signage animation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- BS/BA/AD degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in
a digital production environment — may include the equivalent of both work
experience and education combined
Application Experience:
- Adobe Creative Suite:
Audition, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and building
effective, high-quality animations and video productions while working closely
with Art and Creative Directors
- Executing ideas to further
creative works by using conceptual and design skills
- Achieving deadlines and
completing production in the time allotted
- Handling feedback from
Directors and Supervisors in an acceptable manner, with appropriate and timely
responses
- Being cognizant of
supporting story within a work with the correct balance, composition, and
proper timing
- Delegating tasks,
specifically production, to members of the animation team
- Reviewing and discussing
final output and source files with other team members
- Additional duties as requested
