DIVE is the Visual Effects and Picture Finishing division of ShootersINC, a national leader in commercial production, post-production and broadcast design. As one of the east coast's premiere VFX facilities, DIVE offers filmmakers the opportunity to complete Visual Effects, Digital Intermediates and Titles by coupling creative continuity with a state of the art workflow. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DIVE is currently looking for an Executive Producer. We are looking for an individual who has a passion and proven track record for producing visual effects for feature films, episodic television and commercials.

As an Executive Producer you will manage the production and launch of projects across various platforms. Your goals will be to manage development from concept/pitch to release and deliver great high quality vfx, as well as attain their financial and schedule goals on time.

You will lead and manage a talented production team, working in conjunction with multiple cross-functional groups and vendors, ranging from TV/Film, commercials and other divisions within the company. Additionally, you will use your experience on the front lines to improve production and organizational processes.

Position is based at our DIVE VFX studios in New York, NY.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• Oversee management of all aspects of studio’s creative and project management teams.  Projects are principally Episodic TV and Feature Film Visual Effects but include some ancillary commercial work as needed.

• Operate as VFX Producer on select projects.

• Establish creative and workflow parameters suitable to each project.  Projects range from HD formats to 4K resolution including 2D/3D Visual Effects and Motion Graphics.

• Leverage resources for other post-production services

• Bidding projects for all services offered

• Negotiating with outside vendors for sub-contracting work and identifying strategic partnerships

• Recruiting and Hiring staff and freelance talent (artists, producers, coordinators, tech, etc.)

• Identifying and pursuing leads for new business in support of VP of Business Development.
