Senior Compositor

Description

Clockwork VFX is looking for a Senior Level Nuke Compositor to work as a remote freelancer with our highly skilled 3D team.

The perfect candidate for this position is someone who is already setup to work from home and is very comfortable with their arrangement. 

You would also need to be dependable, punctual and friendly.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take part in producing commercials for Clockworks predominately character driven commercials. The candidate will be responsible for the composited quality of the layers produced by the 3D team.

• Have a strong knowledge of compositing workflow 
  
• Ability to Multitask and and possess strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Obtaining the "look" desired by the Lead 3D artist when creating compositing passes.
• Ensuring optimization of chosen techniques.

 

 Skills and Profile

• Proficient in NUKE and After Effects
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience compositing with 3D-generated render passes
• Strong attention to detail, sense of color, colorspace and lighting 
• Excellent artistic sense
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Open to criticism while also possessing an excellent ability to communicate ideas
• Able to teach and share methods with other team members
