Customer Support / Render TD

We’re Hiring!
We are looking for a person that has the ambition to solve customer issues and listen to them to improve Royal Render.
Royal Render is one of the leading render management systems (see for example this copy of an external survey: http://www.royalrender.de/comparison.htm) and is developed since 14 years.
We like to keep support and development very close as the support knows what the customer needs. You get the chance not to help a customer with words and todos, you can help him with a change in Royal Render as you have the possibility to add your ideas to our software. Therefore we are looking for a long term staff member.
There is no need to relocate to Germany, you work from home or any other location you like.
Jobs:
 * Product support, Customer relations and C++ development

Description:
 *  You have to be able to work autonomous.
 *   You get the chance to have a larger influence on the future of RR.
 *  Answer questions to customers, analyse problems (See Support/rrKnights Tavern for examples:http://www.royalrender.de/getsupport.htm).
 *  This is a long term job offer.  
 *  No relocation.
 *  Part-time possible.


Requirements:
 *  Basic experience with CG rendering    
 *  Python script knowledge
 *  Working knowledge of C++

Desired:
 *  Experience with Royal Render
 *  Experience with pipelines
