Art Director

Description

Laundry! is looking for a talented Art Director who has a high level of creativity, communication skills and clear organized thinking.  Ideally someone who can concept and design for multiple types and genres of projects.  Commercials, VFX, CG, Film/TV Titles, Network graphics, Live action

Sample of skills required:

·        Ability to lead a team creatively.

·        Ability to come up with a vision for a project and see it through to completion.

·        Ability to give creative feedback to artists and guide them in new approaches to their work.

·        Understanding of the post production pipeline, various animation techniques, CG, 2D, Live action, Typographic principles, composition and design. 

·        Able to interface with clients and have a comprehensive understanding of the key points of a creative brief. 

·        Able to put a treatment or presentation together and walk the internal team and clients through it in an organized and clear manner.  

·        Assist producers in accurately scoping projects for number of artist days required. 

Candidate will be required to work on site in Hollywood, CA.
