About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Animatic Editor to join our post team on a new production.

Responsibilities

• Compile Animatics using Imported Storyboard Panels and Audio Files
• Applying temporary SoundFX and applicable Camera Moves
• Updating Sequences through Various Cuts and submitting locked shows to animators

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is necessary (experience on an animated series or feature film a definite asset)
• Degree or Diploma from a recognized film production school
• Understanding of 2D concepts and workflows
• Production experience with Avid Media Composer is essential
• Ability to adapt to varying production demands and shifting priorities
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
• Proactive thinker with creative problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work as part of a team
• Extremely organized
• A sharp wit and a great sense of humor!
