2D/3D Trainer

Description

As our designated art trainer, you will be assisting our Art Directors in designing, evaluating, and conduct the internal art training modules.

You will also be responsible with assisting the Lead Artists with assessing the skills of internal artists and assisting with supplementary on the job training.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, review, design and organize comprehensive training programs that are in-line with our current and future workflow needs.
• Maintain knowledge and subject matter expertise.
• Build interactive training content based on an existing foundation of knowledge and experiences.
• Utilize a variety of training techniques and learning tools to ensure maximum learning effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Lead Artists and Art Directors to ensure the training pipeline is intuitive and up to date.
• Measure knowledge transfer, knowledge retention, and effectiveness of training; reporting training effectiveness and results to Management.
• Execute miscellaneous tasks as per needed.

Requirements

• Good English communicating skills, especially presentation and facilitation skills.
• Independent and proactive approach to work and training.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience in area of expertise.
• Experienced with at least two of the following software suites.
  • Autodesk 3ds Max
  • Adobe Photoshop CS
  • Quixel Suite
