Encore VFX is looking for a Freelance Swing Shift Level Flame Artist with TV experience to
work in our Hollywood location. The perfect candidate for this position needs
to be a team player with great attitude, and be dependable and flexible with
our fast turnarounds.
Job Description:
·
Seamlessly integrate the various layers or elements of a
live-action shot
·
Solve problems under tight deadlines and fast shot turnaround.
·
Strong attention to detail, sense of color, colorspace and
lighting
·
Matte extractions from Blue/Green screen plates
·
Composite Multi-Pass CG Elements to create photoreal shots.
·
Good understanding of photography and practical lighting
·
Work with other artists and clients to ensure that shots are
completed to the highest standard
·
Work with Comp and VFX Supervisors to composite the numerous
elements that complete the shot.
Job Requirements:
·
At least 5 years of Episodic or Feature VFX compositing
experience.
·
Must be proficient in all areas of Flame
·
Ability to work closely with clients
·
Should possess a strong eye for color and color matching
·
Should have a strong knowledge of compositing workflow
·
Ability to Multitask and possess strong organizational and
communication skills
·
Take direction/notes positively and work well within a team
·
Ability to take on sequences of shots in order to keep continuity
between them
We are accepting Local Applicants only, we are not looking for
outsource vendors or off site freelancers. No relocation available. Must
be eligible to work in the USA.
