Description
Encore Hollywood is an Emmy Award winning, full
service Visual Effects studio which delivers feature quality VFX for
television. Current and past projects include The Flash, NCIS, Orange is the
New Black, Black Sails, Super Girl, NCIS: New Orleans, Under the Dome,
Mysteries of Laura, Hawaii 5-0, Sense8, Castle, and Extant. Producers wear a
variety of hats in a fast-paced environment, solving creative challenges on a
daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Break down scripts and bid shots as work is turned over by Production/Post
·
Manage the client relationship and expectations in a diplomatic and
professional manner
·
Oversee Coordinators to ensure the accurate production tracking of all
shots through the pipeline to completion and client delivery
·
Manage the day-to-day resource requirements of the team and project,
reporting to the Supervising Producer on all resource needs
·
Oversee all client deliverables, and ensure milestones are met successfully
·
Monitor the team’s performance and maximize their creative potential
Qualifications:
·
3+ years of experience as a VFX Producer (Television experience is a must)
·
A thorough understanding of VFX and post-production processes and pipelines
is essential
·
Excellent people-management, communication and organizational skills, as
well as an exceptional eye for detail
·
Extensive client management experience
·
Capable of motivating and leading team with enthusiasm and clarity
·
Experience with Shotgun
·
Proficient in Excel
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position is freelance, full time, and
