Description
Foundry
42 are looking for an extremely organised Receptionist to provide front of
house support to the company. The role involves various front desk duties including
call handling, welcoming visitors, handling and re-directing mail and management
of company stock supplies.
This role is a
Permanent Contract; 30 hours (9-4pm – Monday to Friday)
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Meet
and greet visitors to the company ensuring security standards are met by
maintaining the visitor’s book and issuing NDA’s when required.

Ensure
all incoming telephone calls are answered and responded to in a timely and
professional manner.
·
Monitor
supplies of stock (e.g. stationary, drinks, fruit) and re-order as necessary.
·
Organise
the morning post, coordinate couriers for outgoing mail and store goods away
following deliveries.

Maintain
a safe and clean reception area.
·
Monitor
visitor access and maintain security awareness
·
Maintain
car park lists and issue fobs/passcodes when required.
·
Manage
and maintain the company’s organisation chart and employee photo database.
·
Assist
in the planning and preparation of meetings.
·
Assist
with coordinating repairs of office equipment.
·
Support
with the organisation of social events for staff.
·
Perform
any other delegated duties considered appropriate in line with the role.
Experience and skills
·
Prior
experience working within a similar role is desirable
·
Experience
with Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
·
Experience
with task tracking software such as Jira would be advantageous although
training will be provided
·
Exceptional
organisational ability
·
Excellent
phone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·
Flexibility
required to work in accordance with the diverse duties required
·
Ability
to work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
·
Proactive
attitude and attention to detail
·
