REQUIREMENTS
·
3-5 years VFX supervisory experience in film, episodic or
commercial environments
·
Highly motivated and works well with other supervisory and
production staff members and artists.
·
Ability to provide clear
direction to CG Leads and artists, setting clear objectives and monitoring the
process, progress and results.
· Ability to find
creative solutions by drawing on team talent and manage shot allocation to the
appropriate skill set.
·
Supervise the artists in
achieving creative and technical aspects of development, pre-production, and
production including vis-dev, assets dev, rigging, animation, lighting, and FX.
·
Ensure that all teams are
working efficiently, productively and are on target to meet all milestones and
deadlines.
·
Manage render times by coordinating tests throughout the show,
optimizing or getting help with optimization of renders where necessary and
flagging issues to assist others in planning.
