CHARACTER ANIMATOR

• Work closely with the Animation Supervisor to create high quality, compelling, story-driven and fun packed moments that fit within the style of the brand.
• Animating mobile game characters and props.
• Posing characters for purposes of style guide.
• Constant communication with Supervising Animator regarding schedules and deadlines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team or independently to complete assigned shots.
• Submission of shots for review then following through with notes and feedback if required.
• Continue to become familiar with new tools, software, data, and other related technology.

• Experience in a production environment as an animator.
• A thorough knowledge of Maya.
• Understanding of rigs and typical rigging set-ups, animation pipelines and transferring data between tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technical skills.
• Knowledge of Unity engine is a plus (but not mandatory).

• 3 years animating in production environments, creating character animation for videos/games.
• Excellent knowledge of acting and a good sense of timing.
