Encore Vancouver is Hiring a Colourist!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, talented, and creative individual. If you are the lucky person to be offered this position, you will have the rare chance to learn and work with the finest artisans in the industry. You must have a passion for the cinematic arts and an ability to discuss and create impactful imagery.
Responsibilities
Assist in final grading of feature films and episodic and long form TV.
Assist in conform and delivery of network, cable and streaming television series and programs.
Assist technical staff to troubleshoot problems and keep systems operating.
Work with senior colourists to ensure the highest quality control standards of projects. Ensure strict adherence to client content security and protocols.
Specific Requirements:
Minimum 3 years colourist experience.
Proficient with DaVinci Resolve. •
Excellent understanding of the post production process, from dailies to delivery.
Works well under direction and supervision of senior staff.
Experience with Avid Media Composer, Autodesk Flame, Fusion, ColorFront OSD/EXD, After Effects, Photoshop is an asset.
Works extremely well in a team environment.
Outstanding organization skills and exemplary attention to detail habits.
Client experience.
