Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding of Unity-based mobile app.

• Develop features from design through implementation and launch.

• Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI and infrastructure practices.

• Collaborate with the applications team to create a consistent consumer experience across multiple platforms.

• Partner with other Within teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences where needed.

Position Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

• 4+ years of experience developing mobile applications on iOS.

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise with Objective-C and Swift.

• Proficiency with performance tools and optimization techniques for iOS, including knowledge of the OS internals, compilers, optimization for low-power and mobile systems, and more.

• Strong knowledge and interest in consumer application design & delivery on mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in mobile application development on iOS devices.

• Demonstrated experience working in highly cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

• Prior experience with Unity or other game engines.

• Knowledge of Unity plug-in development.

• Prior experience with VR.

• Experience working with a start-up.
