Traffic / Scheduling Manager

Alt.vfx is looking for a Traffic / Scheduling Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

• The Traffic / Scheduling manager will be highly organized, and will work closely with the Production team and VFX supervisors, ensuring that each job is scheduled with the appropriate artists in a timely manner.
• The Traffic / Scheduling manager will maximize Alt’s resources across our in-house teams and freelance talent, setting up every project team so that jobs are completed on time and on budget, per the producers’ notes and instruction.
• Would suit an experienced person with a background in post production and visual effects.
• Experience in production scheduling software such as Shotgun & Farmers Wife is a must
• The successful candidate will have a key role in assisting with the roll out & training of staff on any new scheduling software
• This is a Brisbane-based role, although you will also be working with our teams in Sydney and LA.
