Senior Motion Designers

Description

We're looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our fast growing team of designers and developers. You will be designing high-end motion graphics for a large customer base, including brands such as United Airlines, Nike, Aldi, Tesco, Pepsi and Intel.

Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate who would like to join our studio in Santa Monica.

Your responsibility is to:
• Ensure a world class standard of design.
• Work with and build on assets animated or designed by other team members.
• Generate ideas and communicate them through the execution of high-quality style frames and visuals.
• Create, execute and deliver motion graphics within a given time frame.
• Liaise with animators and compositors to deliver a high quality final product.
• Understand post-production workflows to ensure each job is approached in the most flexible, streamlined way possible.
• Work with our producer to set production schedules.

This role is focused primarily on design, you will work with other motion designers and compositors to follow through with your design direction.

Your Skills and Experience: 
• Experience developing design and style frames for motion.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetic composition.
• A strong eye for typography and layout design. 
• Able to recognise and generate varied graphic styles.
• At least 6 years experience as a motion or graphic designer.
• Expert level in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
