Unified Pictures is looking for a Color Designer - Visual Development for its Animated Feature Film, The Ark And The Aardvark.
The Ark And the Aardvark follows Gilbert, an outcast aardvark, who becomes a reluctant leader of a ragtag group of misfits leading them to the mighty ark before the impending flood. The film is directed by John Stevenson (Kung-Fu Panda) and Theresa Cullen (The Lego Movie).
The Color Designer - Visual Development works closely with the Production Designer in creating the color look of the film.
- Develop the color scheme
- Create Color Studies and Keys
- Create Color Script
Requirements:
- Previous experience developing and creating the color look for Animated Feature Films
- Strong sense of design, style and color
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to work digitally (on cintiqs)
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
