Finance/HR Administrative Assistant

FuseFX Los Angeles is seeking talented and experienced Admin assistant to bring on board for current and upcoming projects.

FuseFX is an award-winning visual effects and animation studio focused on producing photo-real digital effects for episodic television, feature films and commercials.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Duties may include:

·         Fielding telephone calls

·         Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

·         Retrieve filed documents for team members

·         Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

·         Maintain contact lists and track other departmental databases

·         Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

·         Data entry; document scanning; ad-hoc projects

·         Assemble confidential and sensitive information

·         Work independently and within a team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects

·         General clerical duties including photocopying and scanning

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Able to work independently and willing to take direction

·         Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

·         Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·         Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·         Strong organizational and planning skills

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Proven ability for handling sensitive information with discretion

·         Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)

·         Internet research abilities

·         Interest in growth opportunities and expanding role and responsibilities within the department

·         Previous admin experience required
